SHIPPING POLICY

Our team does everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been registered, it is generally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your payment. You should then allow between 1 and 2 weeks for delivery.

If you have not received anything after 3 weeks of waiting, please contact us by email at info@sarenie.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before payment, according to your delivery address. You always see the full amount you will pay before confirming the order.

TRACKING

Every order is sent with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. If your country does not appear, we are not able to deliver there at this time.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid on this website.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve it with you.
