This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal data when you visit or make a purchase on Loory.com ("the Site").

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

COOKIES

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to allow them or not.

session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store session information (referrer, landing page, etc.).

shopify_visit, no data stored, persists for 30 minutes after the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal statistical tracking system to record the number of visits.

shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (depending on the visitor’s location) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

_cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores purchase information.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier.

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.

"Log files" track activity on the Site and collect data such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. "Web beacons", "tags", and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers [INSERT OTHER ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS IF NECESSARY]), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information".

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We generally use the Order Information collected to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing payment information, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
  • Provide you with information or advertisements relating to our products or services, in line with the preferences you have shared with us.
